Crime Report: Pocketbook Theft, Harassment

Police blotter reports in Patchogue and Medford on May 17.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Incidents:

An incident of grand larceny involving a pocketbook being taken off a White Inifiniti vehicle in a parking lot on West Main Street in Patchogue was reported to police on May 17.

An incident of grand larceny was reported on Waverly Avenue in Patchogue on May 17.

An incident of aggravated harassment in the second degree involving death threats by an unknown person was reported on Oak Street in Patchogue on May 17.

An incident of aggravated harassment was reported on Daryl Drive in Medford on May 17.

Arrests:

Rafal Bogun, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on May 17 and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree involving possession of a credit card.

John Redden, of Sayville, was arrested in Patchogue on May 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Lamar Brooks, of Bellport, was arrested in East Patchogue on May 17 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.
