Four Arrested For Fireworks Dealing

Two Patchogue men among those charged with unlawfully dealing with fireworks in Baldwin.

Two men from Patchogue, as well as another man and woman, were arrested for illegally dealing fireworks in Baldwin on Wednesday, the Nassau County Police Department said.

James Lee Pucket, 18, and Frank Kircher, 41, were seen leaving a woman's house with three large plastic bags that were later found to contain fireworks by detectives from the narcotics/vice bureau. The man who sold the fireworks to Pucket and Kircher, Dominick Fariello, was also arrested.

A search found 441 cases of fireworks. At the time of the search, Gail Finckin, 40, was in the residence with her two children ages 10 and 12. Finckin was also arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Fariello was charged with two New York state felonies, including storage of explosives.

The Nassau County District Attorney's Office said that  Fariello was arraigned yesterday at First District Court in Hempstead, was released, and scheduled for a future court appearance.
