Incident Report: House Break-In, Threatening Phone Call

Crime incidents reported in Patchogue, E. Patchogue and Medford on May 23.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue

An incident of burglary in the second degree through the back entrance of a home was reported on Morrison Place in Patchogue on May 23.

An incident of harassment in the second degree was reported on South Ocean Avenue in Patchogue on May 23.

An incident of burglary in the second degree was reported on W 4th Street in Patchogue on May 23.

An incident of aggravated harassment was reported on Orchards in Patchogue on May 23.

An incident of aggravated harassment in the second degree involving a threatening phone call was reported on West Main Street in Patchogue on May 23.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree was reported on Vernon Street in Patchogue on May 23.

East Patchogue

An incident of harassment in the second degree was reported on La Bonne Vie Drive West in East Patchogue on May 23.

An incident of burglary in the third degree was reported on Montauk Highway in East Patchogue on May 23.

Medford

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree was reported on West Lane in Medford on May 23.
