Homeless Man Charged With Murder in Death of Man Found Outside Patchogue Church
Thomas Lamartina, 30, is charged with second degree murder.
A homeless man has been arrested and charged with murder in the death of Nicholas MacQueen, who was found dead outside Emanuel Lutheran Church in Patchogue last month.
Thomas Lamartina, 30, is charged with second degree murder. He will held overnight at the Fifth Precinct and arraigned on Tuesday at First District Court in Central Islip.
The body of MacQueen, 65, was found outside the church located at 179 East Main Street on the afternoon of June 28.
