Police: Invalid Credit Card Use at Applebee's

Fifth precinct searching for three individuals that bought drinks at the North Patchogue Applebee's with an invalid credit card.

Three unknown individuals are wanted for purchasing 12 alcoholic drinks with an invalid credit card at the North Patchogue restaurant at 499 Sunrise Highway by Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Fifth Precinct Crime Section.

One white female and two white males entered the restaurant's lounge area on Oct. 19, 2010 said the Crime Stoppers section in a release sent out Wednesday. After giving the bartender an invalid credit card to pay for the drinks, they left the restaurant without the card and without paying for the drinks.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers announced they will offer up to a $5,000 cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. Those with information can anonymously call 1-800-220-TIPS.
