Police Looking for Gas Station Burglar

Police say man broke into Medford and North Patchogue stations.

Suffolk County Police are looking for information that can lead to the arrest of an unknown male that has broken into several gas stations and a Midas shop along Route 112 in Medford and North Patchogue.

The burglaries occurred from May 3 to May 4 reported police. Hundreds of dollars in cash and $1,000 worth of cigarettes were taken from the businesses.

The man is described as being white/Hispanic, 5’6-5’8 in height, husky, having a light mustache and wearing a hooded jacket. Police said that a witness saw the subject leave one of the locations in a dark SUV heading north on Route 112.

Police are asking anyone with information to call the Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. A cash award of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
