Police: Man Lost in Patchogue Found in Brooklyn

Robert Angrisani was located uninjured at Woodhull Medical Center.

An elderly man that went missing while visiting family in Patchogue was found.

Robert Angrisani, 85 of East Moriches, was found at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn said Suffolk County Police Monday.

No other information on how he was located was immediately available. Patch has reached out to police and will update if and when we hear back.

A Facebook Page made by family members to help the search for Angrisani said the following on his condition:

"He is ok but confused, we are working on getting him transferred to Brookhaven Hospital. I will keep everyone updated as we know. Thank you all for your love and support!" says the status update.

As previously reported, Angrisani left his son’s home on Conklin Ave. in Patchogue on Wednesday at around 8 a.m. Angrisani was driving a 2003 black Chevrolet Impala.

Updated 7:34 p.m.: Added information from the family's Facebook Page and removed the note that Angrisani may have Alzheimer's as family members posted to it that he does not. Suffolk County Police previously reported that he may have it in their initial press release when he was reported missing.
