Police Report: Assault and Disorderly Conduct

Arrests in Pat-Med from Nov. 12.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Nov. 12.

Patchogue

Kyle Frazer, of North Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree and for criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree on Nov. 12.

Kimberly Proano, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree on Nov. 12.

Elvis Medrano was arrested in Patchogue for false personation on Nov. 12.

Herbert Foss was arrested in Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Nov. 12.

James Gibbons, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Nov. 12.

Richard Kremen, of Bayshore, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree on Nov. 12.

David Steinberg, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for assault with intention to cause physical injury with a weapon on Nov. 12.

Medford

David Royal, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for disorderly conduct involving fighting and/or violent behavior on Nov. 12.
