Police Report: Assault and DWAI

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Christopher Deluca, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of driving while ability impaired involving the combined use of drugs and alcohol on Feb. 11.

Kenneth Bryan, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree and for possession of a hypodermic instrument on Feb. 11.

East Patchogue

Keith Fields, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for charges of operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree on Feb. 11.

Medford

Cynthia Foster, of Cambria Heights, was arrested in Medford for charges of prostitution on Feb. 11.

Reynaldo Martinez, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of assault involving recklessly causing physical injury on Feb. 12.
