A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Patchogue
Christopher Murphy, of East Patchgue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree on Jan. 4.
Eric Greaves, of Riverhead, for sex offender registration violation as a first offense, assault in the second degree involving intent to cause physical injury to an officer, robbery in the third degree and criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Jan. 4.
Christopher Gonzalez, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree on Jan. 4.
Richard Serrano, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree on Jan. 4.
Medford
Nichole Ferguson, of Patchogue, was arrested in Medford for unlawful possession of marijuana on Jan. 4.
Victoria Slackford, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Medford for unlawful possession of marijuana on Jan. 4.
