Police Report: Assault and Theft

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Anthony Sarno, of Nesconset, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree with three or more prior suspensions on record on Jan. 19.

David Booth, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of petit larceny and for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Jan. 19.

Adriana Salamon, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree on Jan. 19.

Denzel Edmond, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of false personation, for resisting arrest and for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree involving a firearm or weapon on Jan. 19.

Michael Rubino, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the third degree on Jan. 19.

Edward Vorisek, of Bohemia, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of grand larceny in the third degree involving property valued greater then $3,000, for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree

Jennifer Wilson, of Lake Grove, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of unlawful possession of marijuana on Jan. 19.

Bradley Benyei, of North Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Jan. 19.

Daniel Vandetti, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of unlawful possession of marijuana on Jan. 19.

East Patchogue

Richard Cardoza, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue for charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent on Jan. 19.

William Gaynor, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for charges of harassment in the second degree involving physical contact on Jan. 19.

Medford

Thomas Barle, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury on Jan. 19.

Kevin Waters, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Jan. 19.

Samantha Ferreri, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of petit larceny on Jan. 19.

Julian Perez, of Coram, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree on Jan. 19.

Osvaldo Ortiz, of Coram, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree on Jan. 19.

Adriana Salamon, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Medford for charges of petit larceny on Jan. 19.
