Police Report: Burglaries and DWI

Arrests in Pat-Med from Sept. 9-11.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Sept. 9-11.

Patchogue

David Fuentes, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the second degree on Sept. 9.

Michael Collins, of Sayville, was arrested in Patchogue for burglary in the third degree for illegal entry with intent to burglarlize on Sept. 9.

Christopher Drake, of Islip, was arrested in Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Sept. 9.

Ryan Rossi, of Port Jefferson, and Anthony Gazzola, of East Patchogue, were arrested for burglary in the second degree for incidents in Patchogue and East Patchogue on Sept. 10. Gazzola was also arrested on the same charge for an incident in Medford on the same day. Check the full story for more on these burglaries, which also affected Bayport and Blue Point.

Kenji Brown, of Patchogue, and Christopher Benston, of Mastic, were arrested in Patchogue for criminal mischief in the fourth degree for building destruction on Sept 10.

Walter Segobia, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal mischief for intending to damage property on Sept. 11.

Edwin Tercerocruz, of Brentwood, was arrested in Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Sept 11.

Ernesto Rodriguezvaldez, of Brentwood, was arrested in Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Sept. 11.

Medford

Robert Davanzo, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for unregistered vehicle dismantling and for two counts of illegal possession of a vehicle identification number on Sept. 9.

Patricia Bigotti, of Patchogue, was arrested in Medford for operating a motor vehicle while having a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1% as a first offense on Sept. 9.

Thomas Fisher, of Manorville, was arrested in Medford for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Sept. 11.
