Police Report: Burglary and Criminal Contempt

Arrests in Patchogue on Dec. 2.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Dec. 2.

Patchogue

Christopher Johnson, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue for petit larceny on Dec. 2.

Kenneth Hilderbrandt, of Blue Point, was arrested in Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Dec. 2.

Rafael Lituma, of Patchogue was arrested in Patchogue for two charges of criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Dec. 2.

East Patchogue

Paul Champlin, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for burglary in the second degree on Dec. 2.

Randy Woods, of Bayshore, was arrested in East Patchogue for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with one or more previous suspensions on record on Dec. 2.
