Police Report: Burglary and Graffiti

Arrests in Pat-Med from Jan. 13.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Jacqueline Vaughanmoscatiello, of Mastic, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, for driving while ability impaired involving drugs and alcohol and for leaving an accident failing to show a license or identification in the first degree on Jan. 13.

Justin Rigby, of Middle Island, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of aggravated harassment in the second degree on Jan. 13.

Douglas McCarthy, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of making graffiti on Jan. 13.

Medford

David Tucker, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Jan. 13.

Michael Bariciano, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of for burglary in the third degree involving illegal entry with intent on Jan. 13.
