Police Report: Burglary and Harassment

Arrests in Pat-Med from Dec. 8.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Dec. 8.

Patchogue

Jason Thompson, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for grand larceny in the third degree involving property valued greater then $3,000 and for burglary in the third degree involving illegal entry with intent on Dec. 8.

Keith Rooney, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for two charges of petit larceny on Dec. 8.

Jose Arias, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for harassment in the second degree involving physical contact on Dec. 8.

Medford

James Palladino, of Easton, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Dec. 8.

Matthew Miller, of Patchogue, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Dec. 8.

Carol Cappuccio, of West Milford, was arrested in Medford for loitering while unlawfully using controlled substance on Dec. 8.
