Police Report: Burglary and Resisting Arrest

Arrest and incident reports in Patchogue, North Patchogue and Medford from March 13.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Jonathan Buckley, of Massapequa, was arrested in Patchogue on March 13 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree and for driving while ability impaired involving the combined use of drugs and alcohol.

Donald Hollman, of Selden, was arrested in Patchogue on March 13 and charged with resisting arrest, burglary in the third degree involving illegal entry with intent, reckless endangerment in the second degree and the unlawful fleeing of a police officer.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree involving the slashing of a vehicle’s tires on Waverly Avenue in Patchogue was reported on March 13.

North Patchogue

Francis Gabriel, of North Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchogue on March 13 and charged with harassment in the second degree involving physical contact.

An incident of harassment in the second degree involving a violent boyfriend was reported on W Woodside Avenue in North Patchogue on March 13.

Medford

Francis Fagone, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on March 13 and charged with loitering on school grounds for no reason.

Peter Sumner, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on March 13 and charged with loitering on school grounds for no reason.

Anthony Barlow, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on March 13 and charged with loitering on school grounds for no reason.

Steven Burton, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on March 13 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree and for loitering on school grounds for no reason.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree involving a lost or stolen firearm was reported on Euclid Avenue in Medford on March 13.

An incident of harassment in the second degree involving a violent ex-boyfriend was reported on Country Road in Medford on March 13.
