Police Report: Criminal Obstruction and Menacing

Arrests in Pat-Med from Nov. 22.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Nov. 22.

Patchogue

Daniel Dittmar, of Center Moriches, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal obstruction on Nov. 22.

Medford

Erik Matz, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Nov. 22.

Jeffrey McVay, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for assault with intention to cause physical injury with a weapon on Nov. 22.

Lateisha Faulk, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Medford for criminal mischief involving intentionally damaging property and for menacing in the second degree involving a weapon on Nov. 22.
