Police Report: Criminal Possession and Petit Larceny

Arrests in Pat-Med from Nov. 17.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Nov. 17.

Patchogue

Frank Schutz, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Nov. 17.

Davina Johnson, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for petit larceny on Nov. 17.

Crasean Trent, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree with three or more prior suspensions on Nov. 17.

Brian Kennedy, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree and criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Nov. 17.

Robert Abney, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Nov. 17.

Natalie Semendoff, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Nov. 17.

East Patchogue

Nakia Jenkins, of Bellport, was arrested in East Patchogue for petit larceny on Nov. 17.

Medford

Ramiro Llivicura, of Patchogue, was arrested in Medford for criminal mischief in the third degree involving property valued at greater then $250 on Nov. 17.

Carmine Cirillo, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Medford for offering to file a false instrument in the first degree and for grand larceny in the fourth degree involving an automobile valued at over $100 on Nov. 17.

Darren Pietri, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Medford for petit larceny on Nov. 17.

Matthew Paixao, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree on Nov. 17.
