Police Report: Disobeying the Court and Criminal Possession

Arrests in Patchogue, North Patchogue and Medford from Feb. 6.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Moises Cando, of East Elmhurst, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Feb. 6.

Sean Randall, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Feb. 6.

Christian Jensen, of Mastic, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of failure to pay for services on Feb. 6.

Matthew Herrschaft, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Feb. 6.

Richard Lucivero, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Feb. 6.

North Patchogue

Matthew Rivera, of Medford, was arrested in North Patchogue for charges of failure to pay for services on Feb. 6.

Medford

Thomas Minogue, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Feb. 6.

Jay Fowler, of Medford, was arrested in Medford, for charges of criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree on Feb. 6.
