Police Report: DWI and Criminal Contempt

Arrests in Pat-Med from Dec. 16-17.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Jack Barretta, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue for unlawful possession of marijuana on Dec. 16.

Lynne Falcon, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court and resisting arrest on Dec. 16.

Christopher Jautze, of Oakdale, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Dec. 16.

Kelly White, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Patchogue for aggravated harassment in the second degree on Dec. 17.

Octavio Bueno, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent as a first offense on Dec. 17.

James Young, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue for revoked parole/conditional release on Dec. 17.

Aleah Ludwig, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Dec. 17.

Medford

Crystal Webberly, of Commack, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree on Dec. 16.
