Police Report: DWI, Assault, and Vehicular Assault

Arrests in Pat-Med from August 5-7.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Aug. 5-7.

Patchogue

Kristian Falterman, of Patchogue, was arrested for menacing in the second degree on Aug. 5.

Anna Pannone, of Patchogue, was arrested for possession of stolen property in the fourth degree on Aug. 5.

Eric Mlodynia, of Calverton, was arrested for reckless driving in North Patchogue on Aug. 6.

Sayaff Sajjad, of Jamaica, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated on Aug. 6.

Roberto Fuentes, of Medford, was arrested for unlawfully fleeing a police officer, criminal contempt, aggravated vehicular assault and resisting arrest on Aug. 7.

Freddy Casualtorres, of Patchogue, was arrested on charges of sexual abuse on Aug. 7.

Keith Hibbler, of Shirley, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated on Aug. 7.

Nicole Parker, of Wantagh, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated on Aug. 7.

Christian Ortega, of Medford, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated on Aug. 7.

Medford

Isaac Williams, Jr., of Medford, was arrested for menacing in the second degree on Aug. 5.

Anthony Appling, of Medford, was arrested on two charges of criminal sale of controlled substances in the third degree for dealing narcotic drugs on Aug. 5.
