Police Report: Halloween Weekend

Arrests in Pat-Med from Oct. 30-Nov. 1.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Oct. 30-Nov. 1.

Patchogue

Victor Cintron, of Center Moriches, was arrested in Patchogue for obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree on Oct. 31.

Guillermo Sandovalcortez, of Selden, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substances on Nov. 1.

Michael Longo, of Lane, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Nov. 1.

North Patchogue

Michael Aleixo, of North Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchogue for menacing in the third degree on Oct. 30.

Nicholas Hemminger, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in North Patchogue for petit larceny on Oct. 30.

Bruce Roman, of North Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchogue for burglary in the second degree on Oct. 31.

Nicholas Roman, of Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchgoue for burglary in the second degree on Nov. 1.

East Patchogue

Jeremy Dawson, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchgoue for criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree and for burglary in the second degree on Oct. 31.

Victor Cintron, of Center Moriches, was arrested in East Patchogue for menacing in the third degree and for burglary in the third degree on Oct. 31.

Marco Gonzalez, of Brentwood, was arrested in East Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Oct. 31.

Chris Pederson, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in East Patchogue for disorderly conduct relating to obscene language and/or gestures on Oct. 31.

Dennis Corcoran, of Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for criminal mischief in the fourth degree on Nov. 1.

Medford

Dominick Sobotka, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal trespassing in the third degree onto enclosed property and criminal possession of controlled substances in the third degree involving hallucinogenic substances on Oct. 31.

Sean Carroll, of Middle Island, was arrested in Medford for operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent as a first offense on Oct. 31.

Justyn Wharton, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal trespassing in the second degree on Nov. 1.

Steven Burton, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal trespassing in the second degree on Nov. 1.
