Police Report: Harassment and Burglaries

Arrests in Pat-Med from Sept. 12-15.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Sept. 12-15. 

Patchogue

William David Serrano, of Farmingville, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal impersonation in the second degree of a public servant on Sept. 12.

Edwin Damrau, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for resisting arrest and harassment in the second degree on Sept. 12.

Paul Champlin, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for burglary in the second degree on Sept. 13.

Anthony Gugliotti, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for petit larceny and for assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury on Sept. 14.

Janine Esser, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for burglary in the third degree for illegal entry with intent on Sept. 14.

Gary Robert Freund, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue for harassment in the second degree for physical contact on Sept. 14.

Jonathan Lituma, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for petit larceny on Sept. 15.

Joseph Rossi, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue for harassment in the second degree for physical contact on Sept. 15.

North Patchogue

Horacio Sanchez, of Medford, was arrested in North Patchogue for driving while ability impaired from alcohol and for leaving the scene of a property damage incident on Sept. 13.

East Patchogue

Robert White, of Holtsville, was arrested in East Patchogue for driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in the last 10 years on Sept. 13.

Dashaun Simmons, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue for burglary in the third degree for illegal entry with intent on Sept. 14.

John Mahoney, of Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for burglary in the third degree for illegal entry with intent on Sept. 14.

Catherine Bright, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree involving narcotic drugs on Sept. 14.

Louis Gardella, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree involving narcotic drugs on Sept. 14.

Bella Montemorano, of Babylon, was arrested in East Patchogue for petit larceny on Sept. 15.

Rosaleen Castelli, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue for aggravated harassment in the second degree on Sept. 15.

Amanda Reilly, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue for aggravated harassment in the second degree on Sept. 15.

Medford

Sharnae Newton, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Medford for petit larceny on Sept. 12.

Brooke Tully, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for harassment in the second degree for physical contact on Sept. 13.
