Police Report: Imitation Drugs and Impaired Driving

Arrests in Pat-Med from Oct. 8-10.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Oct. 8-10.

Patchogue

Kenneth Tapanes, of Amityville, was arrested in Patchogue for unlawful possession of marijuana on Oct. 8.

David Nichols, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Oct. 8.

Marcus Chaplin, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for burglary in the second degree on Oct. 8.

Joseph Lavelle, of Shirley, was arrested in Patchogue on two charges of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree on Oct. 8.

Jose Garcia, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on Oct. 8.

John Mcfarland, of Brentwood, was arrested in Patchogue for disorderly conduct for obscene language and/or gestures on Oct. 8.

Armando Alicea, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for possessing and intending to sell imitation controlled substances as a first violation on Oct. 8.

Meaghan Walker, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on Oct. 8.

Nicholas Kohler, of Brookhaven, was arrested in Patchogue for assault in the third degree with the intention of causing physical injury on Oct. 9.

Sharon Golden, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of stolen property involving a credit card and grand larceny in the fourth degree involving a credit card on Oct. 9.

Denise Maguire, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for two charges of criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Oct. 10.

Reginald Cox, of Bellport, was arrested in East Patchogue for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on Oct. 10.

Lewis Harris, of Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on Oct. 10.

Derek Andujar, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal posession of stolen property in the fifth degree on Oct. 10.

Abner Rodriguez, of Sayville, was arrested in Patchogue for menacing in the second degree involving a weapon on Oct. 10.

North Patchogue

Sharon Golden, of East Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchogue for petit larceny on Oct. 9.

Miguel Lituma, of Medford, was arrested in North Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Oct. 10.

East Patchogue

Miguel Martinez, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the second degree with three or more prior suspensions on record on Oct. 8.

William Segreto, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Oct. 9.

Medford

James Kjaer, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for operating a motor vehicle impaired on Oct. 10.
