Police Report: Insurance Fraud and Forgery

Arrests in Pat-Med from Dec. 23-24.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Anouche Khrimian, of Oyster Bay, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal posession of controlled substances in the seventh degree and for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree on Dec. 23.

Christopher Satterley, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue for driving while ability impaired involving the combined use of drugs/alcohol on Dec. 23.

Dianne Weiss, of Riverhead, was arrested in Patchogue for forgery in the second degree involving a deed/will/contract on Dec. 23.

David Felice, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Dec. 24.

East Patchogue

Elizabeth Byers, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Dec. 23.

Christopher Satterley, of Bellport, was arrested in East Patchgoue for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Dec. 23.

North Patchogue

Dominick Ciervo, of North Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchogue for menacing in the third degree on Dec. 23.

Medford

Edgar Morris, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal contempt in the first degree on Dec. 23.

Christopher Jann, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for insurance fraud in the fourth degree involving over $1,000 on Dec. 23.

Matthew Rohan, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal contempt in the first degree involving physical contact on Dec. 24.
