Police Report: Knife Assault in Restaurant, Forgery of Prescription

Arrests and incident reports from Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford on March 3.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Matthew Miller, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 3 and charged with loitering while unlawfully using controlled substances.

Adriana Salamon, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Patchogue on March 3 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree.

Michelle Pagliarulo, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 3 and charged with petit larceny.

Jill Rosen, of Mastic, was arrested in Patchogue on March 3 and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Jason Walsh, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 3 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Ramon Heras, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Vincent Borgo, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 3 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree involving a lost/stolen bank card was reported on Terry Street in Patchogue on March 3.

An incident of harassment in the second degree was reported on Ohls Street in Patchogue on March 3.

An incident of aggravated harassment in the second degree was reported on Carman Street in Patchogue on March 3.

East Patchogue

An incident of harassment in the second degree involving a person assaulted by their coworker with a knife was reported at the Island Grill on Hospital Road in East Patchogue on March 3.

Medford

Hyshawn Lloyd, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on March 3 and charged with petit larceny.

Constance Carlsen, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Medford on March 3 and charged with petit larceny and forgery in the second degree involving a medical prescription.

Jill Rosen, of Mastic, was arrested in Medford on March 3 and charged with forgery in the second degree involving a medical prescription.

Luani Agoglia, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Medford on March 3 and charged with prostitution and criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree was reported on Oak Street in Medford on March 3.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree was reported on Kettles Lane in Medford on March 3.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree involving money was reported on Knickerbocker Avenue in Medford on March 3.
