Police Report: Obstruction and Menacing

Arrests in Pat-Med from Nov. 14.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Nov. 14.

Patchogue

Brian Taylor, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree involving the possession of a credit card on Nov. 14.

Patricia Evans, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree and for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Nov. 14.

North Patchogue

Kevin MacDonald, of Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchogue for criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Nov. 14.

Joseph Napoli, of Patchogue, was arrested in North Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Nov. 14.

East Patchogue

Eric Kelley, of Jacksonville, was arrested in East Patchogue for obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree on Nov. 14.

Medford

Crasean Trent, of Bellport, was arrested in Medford for unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree with three or more prior suspensions on Nov. 14.

Stephen Ruth, of Centereach, was arrested in Medford for menacing in the second degree involving a weapon on Nov. 14.

Shannon Jolly, of Bellport, was arrested in Medford for driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Nov. 14.
