Police Report: Obstruction of Government and Resisting Arrest

Arrests in Patchogue, North Patchogue and Medford from Feb. 14.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Thomas Comer, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of driving while intoxicated as a first offense on Feb. 14.

Desiree Padro, of Shirley, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of grand larceny in the fourth degree involving credit card use on Feb. 14.

James Hernandez, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of grand larceny in the fourth degree on Feb. 14.

East Patchogue

Hyder Cureton, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for charges of resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, unlawful possession of marijuana and harassment in the second degree involving physical contact on Feb. 14.

Jonathan Sanisaca, of Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for charges of false personation on Feb. 14.

Medford

Kathleen Casanova, of Middle Island, was arrested in Medford for charges of grand larceny in the fourth degree involving property valued over $1,000 on Feb. 14.

Jonathan Thompson, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Feb. 14.
