Police Report: Petit Larceny and DWAI

Arrests in Pat-Med from Nov. 2.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Nov. 2.

Patchogue

Karl Becker, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue for petit larceny on Nov. 2.

Roberto Yanes, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of marijuana the fifth degree on Nov. 2.

Ronald Becker, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on Nov. 2.

Jeffrey Schmohl, of Bohemia, was arrested in Patchogue for petit larceny on Nov. 2.

Medford

Joseph Rodriguez, of Shirley, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 2.

Robert Kenna, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for driving while ability impaired involving alcohol on Nov. 2.

James Heights, of Wyandanch, was arrested in Medford for criminal contempt in the first degree involving physical contact on Nov. 2.
