Police Report: Robbery and Drugs

Arrests in Pat-Med from Nov. 5.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Nov. 5.

Thomas Lum, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for robbery in the second degree on Nov. 5.

Justin Carroll, of Yaphank, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Nov. 5.

Steven Ferracane, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree on Nov. 5.

Kevin Furley, from Center Moriches, was arrested in Patchogue for unlawful possession of marijuana and for operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent as a first offense on Nov. 5.
