Police Report: Sex Offender Registry Violation and Trespassing

Arrests in Patchogue and Medford from Jan. 26-27.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Keith Fields, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal trespassing in the third degree involving enclosed property on Jan. 26.

Herman Johnson, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on Jan. 26.

Igor Prystupa, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of offering to file a false instrument in the first degree on Jan. 27.

Kaylyn Lucian, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal sale of controlled substance in the fifth degree on Jan. 27.

Joseph Schreck, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal possession of controlled substance in the third degree involving the intention to sell narcotic drugs on Jan. 27.

Kenji Brown, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal trespassing in the third degree on Jan. 27.

East Patchogue

Lajohn Wicker, of Coram, was arrested in East Patchogue for charges of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree with three or more prior suspensions on record on Jan. 26.

Medford

Manuel Diaz, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for charges of harassment in the second degree involving physical contact on Jan. 27.

Gary Silverman was arrested in Medford for charges of sex offender registry violation as a first offense on Jan. 27.
