Police Report: Slashed Tires and Weapon Possession

Arrest and incident reports from Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford on March 12.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Jessica Holm, of Riverhead, was arrested in Patchogue on March 12 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 of 1 percent as a first offense.

Stephen Galano, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Luis Cubule, of Riverhead, was arrested in Patchogue on March 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Carlos Marin, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue on March 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree was reported on the westbound lane of Sunrise Highway in Patchogue on March 12.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree where a vehicle’s tires were slashed was reported on W Main Street in Patchogue on March 12.

Two incidents of criminal mischief in the fourth degree where a vehicle’s window was broken was reported on Waverly Avenue in Patchogue on March 12.

East Patchogue

Joseph Mathews, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on March 12 and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree

Medford

Lester Hutley, of Coram, was arrested in Medford on March 12 and charged with loitering unlawfully while using controlled substances.

Luani Agoglia, of West Islip, was arrested in Medford on March 12 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree and prostitution.

Dale Winnes, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on March 12 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree involving the use of a firearm/weapon and for criminal mischief involving intent to damage property.

Deana Walsh, of Coram, was arrested in Medford on March 12 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Kendall Toussaint, of Central Islip, was arrested in Medford on March 12 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Keith Whitenack, of Levittown, was arrested in Medford on March 12 and charged with reckless driving and for loitering while unlawfully using controlled substance.

Marc Gianferrara, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Medford on March 12 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

An incident of criminal mischief in the fourth degree involving an out of control 25-year-old son was reported on Pennsylvania Avenue in Medford on March 12.

An incident of harassment in the second degree involving an intoxicated, violent fiancee was reported on Jessie Court in Medford on March 12.
