Police Report: Stolen Property and Assault

Arrests in Patchogue and Medford from Jan. 18.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Erik Bovich, of Shirley, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of for petit larceny on Jan. 18.

Miguel Lopez, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury on Jan. 18.

David Pagan, of Centereach, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree on Jan. 18.

Sean Hughes, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for charges of unlawful possession of marijuana on Jan. 18.

Medford

Devon Bray, of Middle Island, was arrested in Medford for charges of petit larceny and for unlawful possession of marijuana on Jan. 18.

Christopher Clarke, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on charges of criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Jan. 18.

Jose Pagan, of Bohemia, was arrested in Medford for charges of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree involving a vehicle that is not a motorcycle and for offering to file a false instrument in the first degree on Jan. 18.

Richard Neumann, of Medford, for charges of criminal contempt in the second degree involving disobeying the court on Jan. 18.

Casey Spires was arrested in Medford for charges of meancing in the second degree involving a weapon on Jan. 18.
