Police Report: Stolen Property and Harassment

Arrests in Pat-Med on Nov. 28.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made on Nov. 28.

Patchogue

Miguel Molina, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchgoue for driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in the last 10 years on Nov. 28.

Nicholas Roman, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for petit larceny on Nov. 28.

John Ragusa, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree involving property valued at over $1,000 on Nov. 28.

North Patchogue

Angel Valega, of Holtsville, was arrested in North Patchogue for harassment in the second degree involving physical contact on Nov. 28.

Medford

David Giaccone, of Shirley, was arrested in Medford for grand larceny in the third degree involving an item valued at over $3,000 on Nov. 28.

Nicholas Lomangino, of Middle Island, was arrested in Medford for criminal mischief involving the intent to damage property on Nov. 28.

Wilbert Sanchez, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for aggravated harassment in the second degree on Nov. 28.
