Police Report: Stolen Tires and Rims, Marijuana Possession

Arrest and incident reports from Patchogue, East Patchogue and Medford on March 21.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Patchogue

Donell Huggins, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 21 and charged with criminal obstruction.

Jonah Sanders, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 21 and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree.

Dario Juan, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on March 21 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree with three or more prior suspensions on record and for criminal possession of controlled substance in the fifth degree involving cocaine.

An incident of aggravated harassment in the second degree was reported on Division Street in Patchogue on March 21.

East Patchogue

An incident of harassment in the second degree was reported on Montauk Highway in East Patchogue on March 21.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree involving the theft of tires and rims was reported on Route 112 in East Patchogue on March 21.

Medford

Theodore Foscolo, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on March 21 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Pasquale Burdo, of North Patchogue, was arrested in Medford on March 21 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

An incident of aggravated harassment was reported on Ash Drive in Medford on March 21.

An incident of grand larceny in the fourth degree was reported on Greenport Avenue in Medford on March 21.
