The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Aug. 8-11.
Patchogue
Adam Williams, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal trespassing in the third degree into enclosed property on Aug. 8.
Daniel Rennert, of Bohemia, was arrested in Patchogue for criminal possession of controlled substances in the third degree for intending to sell narcotic drugs, and for criminal contempt in the first degree for physical contact on Aug. 8.
Benny Genetempo, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on one charge of criminal contempt in the first degree for physical contact and two charges criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on Aug. 8.
Lawrence Edwin Maynes, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue for harassment in the second degree for physical contact and assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury on Aug. 10.
Frederick Hutzler was arrested in Patchogue for criminal trespassing in the third degree into enclosed property on Aug. 11.
Frank Schutz, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on a previous charge of criminal contempt due to violating an order of protection on Aug. 11.
North Patchogue
Eric Bratby, of Center Moriches, was arrested in North Patchogue for petit larceny on Aug. 9.
Joseph Caliguri, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in North Patchogue for assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury, petit larceny and for unlawful possession of noxious matter on Aug. 9.
East Patchogue
Antonio Bosco, of East Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue for reckless driving on Aug. 10.
Brian Burwell, of Bellport, was arrested in East Patchogue for aggravated unlicensed operation due to driving with a license that was suspended or revoked 15 times on Aug. 11.
Sean Brewer, of North Bellport, was arrested in East Patchogue for unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 11.
Medford
Malashia Ballard, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of controlled substances in the seventh degree on Aug. 8.
Daniel Parrish, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal contempt in the first degree for physical contact on Aug. 9.
Richard Gorman, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for menacing in the third degree on Aug. 9.
Joel Mayoral, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for loitering unlawfully and using controlled substances on Aug. 9.
Jeffrey Morales, of Patchogue, was arrested in Medford for petit larceny and criminal trespassing in the third degree into enclosed property on Aug. 10.
Matthew Smith, of Medford, was arrested in Medford for criminal contempt in the first degree for physical contact on Aug. 11.
Jennifer Klein, of Patchogue, was arrested in Medford for criminal possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana in the fourth degree on Aug. 11.
