Police Report: Unlicensed Vehicle Operation, DWI, Burglary

Arrests and incidents during July 17 to July 21.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between July 17-21.

Patchogue

  • Shawn Hayes, of Patchogue, was arrested for the unlawful possession of marajuana and aggravated harassment on July 17.
  • Juan Gonzalez was arrested  for criminal trespassing in the third degree into enclosed property on July 18.
  • Frank Palazzolo, of Bayport, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief for intending to damage property on July 18.
  • Fausto Salas, of Brentwood, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court on July 18.
  • Candice Padro, of Merrick, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated as a first offense on July 18.
  • David Miles, of Patchogue, was arrested for harassment in the second degree and criminal contempt in the first degree for making physical contact on July 19.
  • Thomas Iovino, of Brookhaven, was arrested for criminal mischief in the second degree on July 20.
  • John Williams, of Medford, was arrested for petit larceny on July 20.
  • Christopher Paquette, of Patchogue, was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and for criminal contempt in the first degree for physical contact on July 20.
  • Robert Ellenblast, of Medford, was arrested for harassment in the second degree for physical contact on July 20.
  • Anthony Drew, of Patchogue, was arrested for criminial mischief from intending to damage property and for resisting arrest on July 20.
  • Antonios Toumbas, of Patchogue, was arrested for reckless endangerment in the first degree for a boating incident on July 21.
  • Francis Heafy, of Sayville, was arrested for grand larceny in the fourth degree with a credit card on July 21.
  • Ryan Johns, of Holbrook, was arrested for assault with intent to cause physical injury on July 21.
  • Micahel Isselbacher, of Medford, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated as a first offense on July 21.


East Patchogue

  • Porfirio Jr Olavarria, of East Patchogue, was arrested for obstructing government administration in the second degree, resisting arrest, and for criminial mischief for intending to damage property, and reckless endangerment on July 17.
  • Frank Schutz, of East Patchogue, was arrested for harassment to the second degree for physical contact, and criminal mischief for intending to damage property on July 18.
  • Gabriel Jackson, of Shirley, was arrested on charges of petit larceny on July 18.
  • Jose Amaya, of East Patchogue, was arrested on charges of harassment to the second degree for physical contact on July 18.
  • Kimblee Smith, of Medford, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation for three or more suspensions on July 19.
  • Edward Jackson, of Patchogue, was arrested for criminal contempt in the first degree for physical contact.


North Patchogue

  • Joseph Bertuccio, of Centereach, was arrested for petit larceny on July 19.
  • Sean Wilk, of Deer Park, was arrested on charges of criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree on July 19.
  • Denise Lavery, of Patchogue, was arrested for three charges of harassment in the second degree for physical contact on July 21.


Medford

  • Anthony Conwell, of Medford, was arrested for criminal contempt in the first degree on July 18.
  • Michelle Palmemire, of Medford, was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on July 20.
  • Gyrell Murray, of Medford, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation for three or more suspensions and for unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent on July 20.
  • Linda Zeh, of Shirley, was arrested for petit larceny on July 20.
  • Ronald Jorgensen, of Brookhaven, was arrested for burglary in the third degree for illegal entry with intent on July 20.
