Sentencing Thursday in Pharmacy Killings Case

David Laffer admitted to killing four people inside a Medford pharmacy in June.

The Medford couple behind one of Long Island's most mass murders will be sentenced in a Riverhead court Thursday, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. 

David Laffer, 33, will be sentenced to life in prison without parole for his plea to five counts of murder in the first degree for shooting four people to death during the of Medford's Haven Drugs on June 19, officials said.

Laffer's wife, Melinda Brady, who Laffer to-and-from the pharmacy and pleaded guilty to robbery in the first degree, is expected to be sentenced to 25 years in prison, officials said.
