Patchogue Village's waste pickup has been cancelled Monday due to Hurricane Sandy.
Village trustee Lori Devlin clarified this in a comment when a resident asked on the Post Storm Questions for the Mayor post on Patch.
Just as a clarification, the Patchogue Village area generally consists of Patchogue south of Sunrise Highway, west of Bay Avenue.

Areas outside of that, such as East Patchogue, North Patchogue and Medford, have waste management done by Brookhaven Town.
