Patchogue Assemblyman Sworn In
Dean Murray's son who serves in the Maryland Air National Guard held Bible at ceremony.
Assemblyman (R, C-East Patchogue), was sworn into his first full term of office in the 3rd Assembly District seat at the New York State Legislative Office Building in Albany on Tuesday.
In attendance was Murray's son, Anthony Murray, who serves in the 175th Wing of the Maryland Air National Guard. Anthony Murray, who was on active duty in Afghanistan when his father first took office after a special election this past February, held the Bible at the ceremony.
