As usual I am going to recommend that any resident who can attend the Monday meeting of the Patchogue Board of Trustees. On the agenda there will be a public hearing. The subject of that public hearing is a vote to extend permit only parking on the east side of Railroad Avenue from Church street to Gerard street. At the last meeting of the Board such permit parking was created for the west side of Railroad avenue. Any member of the public is welcome to speak on the proposed change. And as the Patch article indicates the last item of the agenda is the Public To Be Heard portion at which time any member of the public may address the Mayor and the Board on any issue of concern or interest to them. Videos are taken of the Board meetings by the Citizens Campaign for Open Village Government to promote public information about village government particularly for those not able to make the meetings but who are interested in village government although not able to make the Board meetings. Video for the last Board meeting can be seen by going to the website of the Citizens Campaign for Open Village Government: www.patchoguevillagecitizens.com.

More secrets from Mayor PP and his 2012 gang!!! Last meeting, no agenda again. Dirty little secret....they are borrowing again!!! More debt and higher taxes for Patch Village residents. Where is the money going???? Condos everywhere, apartments on top of each other tax revenue up yet our taxes keep rising and rising. Answer, hacks being hired into patronage jobs at 100+ bennies, no credentials on the part of trustees and the King himself....former gym teacher, no oversight and spending on OT in the public works dept and the security guard gang. Just poor government period. Yet PP beats his chest on economic development....well I say give the developers(donors, friends, relatives) everything and then some and they will come. Right Paulie?????

John, Two million more in debt while they horde a surplus, taxes rising every year despite level rates in other towns. Mayor buys himself a new 30k suv for personal use. Endless freebies for his family and friends who own business, free sewer hook ups, big buck no show patronage jobs......piggies slurping from the taxpayer wallets. As for the residents........screw you..... listen to the blaring bands on the south end, the few owners of these bars are more important than the thousands affected, drunks all over our roads now, crime skyrocketing, apartments on top of condos, traffic, roads crumbling, pay to park, taxes up every year for the PP gang, spending, borrowing, stealing gasoline, negative NYS audits....get rid of these creeps now. Vote out Patchogue 2014 or whatever there name is after Mayor PP was voted out of his own party Patchogue First due to theft and corruption issues. He should have been honest.....a better name would have been Friends Family and Developers first.

Ask yourself, where is all the money going from the thousands of new residential units. Into someones pocket.
