Photos: New Village Construction Continues

Construction area expands slightly more into the Lake Street lot.

Patch will be regularly taking updated photos from the demolition and construction of Tritec Real Estate Company's $100 million New Village plan that is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village.

The site as of Thurday shows the construction machines continuing their progress into the former location of Swezey's, and the Havens Avenue areas.

It's ""NICE"" to see my "HOME" Town expanding AND It will always be there even after I've gone on to my next "LIFE"...BUT the "VILLAGE" Fathers need to REMEMBER The Citizens need a well "ROUNDED" Program. A little go's a Long Long Way.

Can't wait to see my future snowbird apartment being built. I do miss Swezey's, but luckily still have the old photos and will always remember what it felt like to walk through the store.

Since the Mayor and all trustee's passed something to permit photographing of this project, now there are helicopters over this construction site and before 8 A.M. in the morning !!!!!!! Yes you heard it right Helicopters!!!!!!! Are we the taxpayers paying for Helicopters Too??????????? Many times when ever there is money loaned out from a bank for a construction project, the bank will send out there own inspectors with cameras to record the progress, they want to be assured that the project is proceeding on time, because they want their money back. But Village Officials have not figured that the bank's inspectors photo's might suffice for what they want OR are we the tax payer supplying the bank's with photo's???????

I'm not accusing anyone of "faking it". http://www.coachoutletonlinegg.com My point is that our Pompeii - like most classical http://www.coachoutletonlineaol.net sites, in fact - is the product of collaboration between http://www.coachfactoryoutletwy.com modern rebuilders and conservators, and the original Roman builders http://www.coachoutletstorefc.com themselves, with the lion's share of the work on our side. And it's no less impressive or moving http://www.coachoutletaol.org for that - as the body casts help to show. One of http://www.coachfactoryonlineest.net the video clips played in the exhibition at the Getty Museum comes http://www.coachfactoryoutletpst.com from Roberto Rossellini's film, Voyage in Italy, in which the lead couple, http://www.coachfactoryoutlettx.com played by Ingrid Bergman and George Sanders, tour the country as their marriage http://www.coachfactoryonlinefc.org disintegrates. On their visit to Pompeii they watch the plaster being http://www.coachoutletwy.com poured into a cavity left by two of the victims. http://www.coachoutletonlineybw.com In the movie's most haunting scene, these victims emerge as a couple.
