Photos: New Village Construction Continues
Construction area expands slightly more into the Lake Street lot.
Patch will be regularly taking updated photos from the demolition and construction of Tritec Real Estate Company's $100 million New Village plan that is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village.
The site as of Thurday shows the construction machines continuing their progress into the former location of Swezey's, and the Havens Avenue areas.
