Talk Back: New Village Lawsuit Dismissed

Patchogue Patch wants to know if you agree with the decision handed down Thursday.

As reported Thursday by Patchogue Patch, the  seeking to stop the much-discussed  at the Four Corners was dismissed by a judge.

The suit was filed by a number of local business owners, including the ,  and  along with Elisabeth McGuire, who was one of the mayor candidates running in opposition of the plan. Mayor Paul Pontieri McGuire in Tuesday’s election.

While those who filed the suit have vowed to appeal, Patch wants to know if you agree with the decision to dismiss the lawsuit. Take our poll below and leave your thoughts in our comments section.

How can anyone vote whether they agree with the decision to dismiss the lawsuit? You have not stated the facts of the case or the legal basis the court used to dismiss the case. the court was deciding a law suit, not whether the plan at the four corners is a good one or not.

Someone told me that they had read the legal document on the Village's FB page a little while ago. I haven't checked it out yet, but maybe the Patch can get it up here too!
