Talk Back: New Village Lawsuit Dismissed

As reported Thursday by Patchogue Patch, the  seeking to stop the much-discussed  at the Four Corners was dismissed by a judge.

The suit was filed by a number of local business owners, including the ,  and  along with Elisabeth McGuire, who was one of the mayor candidates running in opposition of the plan. Mayor Paul Pontieri McGuire in Tuesday’s election.
