Village Agenda: Fence Policy, Public Notice For Meetings

The Patchogue Village Board of Trustees will be meeting at Patchogue Village Hall, 14 Baker Street in Patchogue, Monday at 6 p.m.

According to the agenda, which can be downloaded in the media gallery or directly from Patchogue Village's website by clicking here, there will be public hearings on creating a good neighbor fence policy, to increase minimum notice for public hearings before Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals, to require persons providing taxicab services adequate bathroom facilities for drivers and to modify the penalties for failure to obtain a building permit.

There are also bullets for paying the first installment for the foundation of the Carnegie Library, to hire additional summer recreation staff among others.
