Village Agenda: Parking Meters, Carnegie Library

Meeting taking place Monday at Patchogue Village Hall.

Parking meters and a Carnegie Library agreement are on the agenda for Monday's Patchogue Village Board of Trustees meeting taking place at Patchogue Village Hall at 6 p.m.

Regarding parking meters that will be coming to Patchogue Village this Fall, a request to amend Village Code to add additional parking meter zones is listed under public hearings.

Also listed is the setting of a future public hearing to discuss how the land at 150 W. Main Street, the Sixth District Court property, will be divided up. This is likely for the Carnegie Library, as the library's portion of the property is currently intended to be handed over from Suffolk County to Patchogue Village as the building transitions over to Patchogue-Medford Library.

There is also a section on the agenda, that if adopted, will appoint Patchogue Village as the lead agency for the River Avenue sewer project.
