why do you need to override the 2% cap? is there a spending issue in VOP? we can't afford for our taxes to be any higher. everyone should attend meeting for OPEN discussion.

6 PM Board meets this Monday night. The agenda above looks pretty routine including the vote to over ride the two percent tax cap which the village decided to do last year while still eventually delivering a budget within the cap limit. Public portion where any resident may speak to the Mayor and the Board on any issue of concern at the end of the meeting after all above agenda items have been covered.

why does the village need to over ride the 2% cap. government needs to learn to live within its means. Wake up suffolk county, this is why your youth isn't buying homes/renting/leaving in large numbers
