Village Agenda: Zone Changes, Bandshell Door Replacement

Meeting taking place at Patchogue Village Hall Monday.

The Patchogue Village Board of Trustees will be meeting at Monday at 6 p.m. in Patchogue Village Hall, 14 Baker Street in Patchogue.

According to the agenda, which can be downloaded from the Village’s website by clicking here or in the media gallery above, there will be a public hearing to consider a zone change for 18 Maple Avenue, 22 Maple Avenue and 131 East Main Street from “D-2” and “D-3” Business districts into the “H” Business District (Patch will be attending the meeting and will attempt to clarify what that will mean).

Also on the agenda is bullets regarding the removal and replacement of doors at the Shorefront Park Bandshell, request for approval for a “Tail Waggin Music Fest” in July, request for approval for a “Pet Parade” in September, to set a hearing to consider revoking an individual's taxi license pursuant to Village Code 255-9 and a resolution authorizing Notices of Claim to be served upon the Secretary of State and authorizing the Village Clerk to complete a Certificate of Designation.

There will also be a public comment session at the end of the village board meeting for residents who wish to address the board directly.
