Village Recycling Center Open Weekends, Fees Waived

Center open every weekend through November as residents clean up from Sandy.

As Patchogue cleans up from Hurricane Sandy, the Village's Recycling Center will be open extended hours through the month of November.

Here's the details from Village Trustee Joe Keyes:

In an effort to make it as convenient as possible for residents to remove brush and other storm-related debris from their property, please be advised that the Village of Patchogue Recycling Center, located on Waverly Avenue, will be open and operating every weekend through the month of November. Hours for both Saturday & Sunday will be 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. and all fees will be waived. Be reminded, however, that you will be required to produce proof of residency before being permitted to dump.
