Cooperative Work in Spanish Class

Pat-Med High students help each other learn a new language.

On Tuesday, Nov. 20, Patchogue-Medford High School Spanish 1 teacher Mrs. Dapolito and Spanish 5 teacher Mrs. Griffen collaborated to have both their classes combine to complete a task. The Spanish 5 students were asked to assist the Spanish 1 students to identify -ar verbs in Spanish, conjugate them and translate into English. Students supported and encouraged each other.

Pictured working together are students (front left, clockwise) Franchesca Periera, Jessica Kilanowski, Kasey Flath and Adriana Barricelli.
