PMHS Student Wins Radio Spotlight

A Patchogue-Medford High School student recently won the high school division of an essay contest, and as part of the grand prize he gets to read his essay while on the airwaves of various radio stations in September.

Robert Langerman won the 13th annual School Essay Contest of the Long Island Presidents' Council of New York State United Teachers writing about how he feels school is an amazing place. According to Patchogue-Medford School District's website, Langerman was honored for winning the contest at Woodbury Country Club last spring during his sophomore year.
